This is where we would want to be.
Whatever brings you here, we have the insight to share why this is the place for you. The greater Daytona area has SO much to offer. The beach is likely #1 on your list. You probably have more on your list, however.
After decades spending time as residents and as visitors, here is a list of why we own here and why you can stop searching and book now!
- Whether you drive or fly in, only a bridge gets you to the beach. SunGlow is perfectly positioned to have easy access to arrive and settle in quickly. And, when you leave for adventures or even meals, the same convenience awaits.
- Finding a place with a restaurant as close as crossing a parking lot is rare in this area, especially one that overlooks the ocean. What a convenience!! Bonus, the food is good, the view is great and it is well known (dare I say, famous)
- Convenience...as in convenience store...gas too. It can be an afterthought but 7-11 is right hear. Need more? Sun lotion, medicine, etc? CVS is on the corner.
- Concierge desk. A typical vacation rental check-in can be a hassle, but a hotel is a no go. We have been so happy with a lobby equipped to get you the best of both. The building is right sized, not too big not too small.
- Visiting the east coast of the Atlantic Ocean greets you daily with spectacular sunsets. However, the unique positioning of the balcony gives you view to sunsets over the Halifax River as well. Be greedy-you deserve both.
- Speaking of views, the eighth floor elevates you over road and passerby distractions and gives you a much better extended view over the horizon and all sorts of people watching. The bonus is that around the 7th floor and to about the 9th floor you have a special view of the Pelican 'highway'. Personally, I could watch them fly by all day.
- Most of the area's beach allows drive-on traffic (safely monitored by lifeguard patrols-but always be alert). This is fun to watch and even participate with your own vehicle. The pier that is adjacent helps disrupt the traffic flow, so drivers are more alert and aware. Although there are several entry/exit points for beach traffic, we benefit being near the end, so a short walk south opens you to the no-drive beach as well.
